Workshop on Innovations in Public Service Delivery: Issues of Upscaling Four Key Seventh Plan Priorities is going on. Researchers are presenting four key papers on e-procurement, e-mutation, village court and union digital centres. Mr. M A Mannan, Planning Minister attended as the Chief Guest and Mr. Nahim Razzaq, MP attended as the Special Guest. Mr. Razzaq told, the govt need to create a monitoring system. Citizen monitoring system initiated by BIGD and CPTU works well. But we need to innovate new system for monitoring. Remarking on the paper on e-mutation he added that, without digital mapping e-mutation is impossible. Again we are lacking of technical expertise where the government is working.
